The 2017 Versys 650 is the base road version of the 2015-generation bike, with ABS, a larger 21-litre tank and taller 1400 mm overall height compared with the 2015-16 figures. It keeps the 650 parallel twin, 41 mm inverted fork and offset single rear shock. It is a practical all-round middleweight for touring and daily riding.
